Job summary

ALEMCO, a leading UAE construction services provider, is seeking a Stores Controller to manage site stores operations, material receipt, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation on projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure accurate records, traceability, and compliance with HSE and company procedures.

Reporting to the Contracts Stores Manager, you will coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams, maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, and support audits, while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years in stores control or inventory management on construction/MEP projects.
• Knowledge of material receipt, storage, issuance, stock reconciliation, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Material Receipt, Storage & Issuance: receive, inspect, record, store safely, issue against requisitions with traceability.
• Inventory & Stock Control: maintain stock records, monitor min levels, conduct counts, reports, manage discrepancies.
• Stores Safety & Housekeeping: keep areas clean, safe, enforce HSE, assist lifting coordination.
