Job summary

Automech Group in Dubai is seeking an Inventory/Stores Clerk to manage raw material receiving, storage, and issue for projects. You will maintain color-coded material traces and record in the stores ward register, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, basic MS Office skills, and oil & gas field material handling experience. You will work on-site and support procurement with invoices and delivery notes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/post secondary education preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer application (MS Office, Email etc.)
• Oil & gas field material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Raw material receiving and color-coded painting for project-wise material issues.
• Paint receiving and storage in predefined locations; paint issues by job.
• Record the details of received material in the stores ward register (project- and supplier-wise).
• Raising delivery orders; stock register; stock material releasing.
• LPO copy collection & collection of invoices from purchaser.
• Client – free issued material / purchased material storage & identification record.
• Welding rod issue record & control.
• All sub–contractor jobs, delivery note – receiving record.
• Order the daily consumable items by monitoring the minimum stock list.
