WSP in the Middle East is seeking an accomplished Project Director - Infrastructure to lead delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. This strategic role sits within the Transport & Infrastructure business, overseeing planning, design, coordination, and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field desirable.
• 20+ years of professional experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure delivery in the UAE.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience with international engineering consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE.
• Provide strategic direction and governance throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and risk while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships at executive level.
