Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an accomplished Project Director - Infrastructure to lead the delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. This client-facing leadership role supervises planning, design, execution, ensuring governance, quality and commercial performance for public and private sector clients.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in engineering consultancy, a civil engineering background, and a proven record delivering large-scale UAE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or MBA desirable.
Minimum 20+ years of professional experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure delivery.
Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure masterplans in the UAE.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects across the UAE.
Provide strategic direction from planning through close-out.
Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Manage client relationships and governance processes.
