Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an In-Country Value (ICV) Manager to lead strategy development, policy design and governance for localization and UAE national opportunities within the procurement function.

The role requires 15 years in supply chain management, including 8 years in supervisory roles, with strong strategic and stakeholder communication abilities to drive ICV outcomes across group companies.

Qualifications

B.A., B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 15 years of supply chain management experience in oil and gas or related industries.
8+ years in progressive supervisory or managerial roles; ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation and refinement of ICV strategy, policies and procedures to increase local economic contribution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on program development and execution.
Lead government and stakeholder coordination for the ICV program across ADNOC and group companies.
Plan and supervise department personnel and resources to meet divisional objectives; support Emiratisation and talent pipelines.
Prepare divisional budgets, monitor expenditures and provide management information and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, codes of practice, and sustainability guidelines.
