Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead VMCP procurement activities and support the Head of Department in executing procurement operations, policy adherence and governance.

You will drive cost savings, manage supplier engagements, risk controls, and spend governance across ADIB departments, ensuring robust reporting and value delivery for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead VMCP reporting mechanisms to ensure reports provided to senior management with key information
• Identify opportunities /provide support to HOD and Category Managers to increase spend under VMCP influence
• Engagements with external thought-leadership to analyse industry best practices and identify opportunities to incorporate within ADIB
• Own and develop risk management strategies for ADIB engagements with strategic and critical vendors
• Drive the utilization of spend catalogue to ensure effective use of VMCP resources
• Lead the delivery of year-on-year savings for ADIB where opportunities exist to provide competitive advantage
• Responsible for department reporting activities incorporating savings risks BRCC RSCA ORM etc.
