Qualifications

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans for ICT Department to align with the organizationsgoals and client requirements. Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of facility management professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within thedepartment.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with external clients, understanding their needsand expectations. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address anyconcerns promptly.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for facility management projects, ensuring cost-effectivenessand profitability. Monitor expenses and revenue, and implement cost-saving measures.

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee the day-to-day facility management operations, including maintenance, security,and cleaning services. Implement best practices to optimize facility performance and energyefficiency.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, andenvironmental requirements. Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to meet service level agreements.

Business Development:

Research and identify new and existing business opportunities - including new marketsegments, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, tendering or new ways of reachingexisting markets.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electronics / Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of Exp in ICT Project & Operations Management.
• Strong project management skills and certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of ICT projects, regulations, and industry trends.
