- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategic plans aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Oversee risk management frameworks including hazard identification, risk assessment and control measures.
- Drive the investigation of incidents and near misses ensuring root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
