Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE professional to oversee safety and environmental programs across all sites. The role involves leading the implementation of management systems, analyzing data to identify risks, and guiding leadership on HSE integration into operations.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in an HSE role, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UAE, and experience developing training programs for risk assessments and JHAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in an HSE role.
• Exposure to industrial safety programs is preferred.
• Ability to monitor and analyze HSE trends is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and environmental management systems across workshops, warehouses, and offices.
• Analyzes inspection data to identify noncompliance trends and tracks closures.
• Advises management on integrating HSE protocols into workflows.
• Manages the Risk Framework and Risk Register.
• Develops and oversees HSE training programs and material.
