Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks a senior payroll leader to drive our international payroll program across multiple regions. You will govern, implement policies, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.

You will manage budgeting, risk, reporting, and compliance, mentoring a payroll team and acting as a subject‑matter expert for executive discussions and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• CIPP, Diploma in Payroll Management or Treasury Management would be well regarded.
• Minimum 8 years in payroll or accounting/finance with at least 4 years in management.
• Experience interacting with national/international institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective international payroll program across EGA, ensuring governance alignment.
• Lead training frameworks and ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
• Prepare and manage the functional budget and monitor performance versus budget.
• Direct development of policies, systems, processes and controls for international payroll.
• Oversee monthly payroll for multiple locations and coordinate with third‑party providers.
• Manage international payroll accounting and related GLs; mentor the payroll team.
• Provide ERM guidance, develop international payroll reporting, and ensure compliance.
• Produce reports and dashboards; support external disclosures and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors and coordinate cross‑departmental matters for variance resolution.
• Develop relationships across subsidiaries to harmonize practices and ensure service delivery.
