Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Senior Associate to drive strategy development, lead work-streams, and mentor associates across global assets. You will develop financial models for project assessments and support execution of strategic initiatives in coordination with business areas.
You will also oversee ad-hoc requests, analyze investment opportunities, and contribute to EGA’s decarbonization journey through strategic acquisitions and innovations.

The EGA Strategy, Corporate Development & Capital Markets team constitutes the internal team advising the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors on strategic matters including key investment and divestment decisions, new areas of the value chain to explore and overall strategic direction for the business.
The Senior Associate will drive and assist the Strategy, Corp.Dev & Capital Markets team on independent analysis and discussions that ensure the definition and execution of EGA’s strategy. Additionally, the Senior Associate will lead work-streams and small projects, develop and oversee various financial models for project assessment and valuations, drive implementation of strategic / value capture projects in coordination with the relevant business areas, and support in the overall execution of the strategy and the performance of EGA’s local and international assets, contributing to analysis of business development activities.
