Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge of CBUAE, MOHRE, UAE labour standards.
• Experience with risk & control self-assessments, policy drafting, audit response management.
• Strong writing, risk analysis, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Regulatory Governance & Change activities with monitoring of CBUAE, MOHRE, and UAE employment laws.
• Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessments for HR, test controls, and document residual risks.
• Perform periodic HR compliance reviews, identify control gaps, track corrective actions.
• Act as primary HR contact for internal audits, external assurance reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Support HR business continuity planning, resilience assessments, and recovery testing.
• Maintain regulatory registers, policy inventories, and issue trackers; generate governance reports for management.
