• Experience in governance, risk, compliance domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR governance manager in implementing governance and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for governance actions and KPI tracking.
• Assist in disciplinary actions and closure on HR systems.
• Coordinate BRCC meetings and documentation in HR systems.
• Support MIS reporting and balance scorecard management.
• Collaborate with HR departments to collect KRIs and update systems.
• Contribute to policy and procedure oversight updates.
