Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Logistics to partner with our Logistics leadership, translating business priorities into practical people initiatives that drive engagement, retention and performance across operational sites.

This hands-on role requires strong business partnering in logistics environments, a focus on workforce planning, design and change, and a track record of leading complex employee relations while aligning with UAE labour laws and company

Qualifications

• A graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
• Strong business-partnering experience in logistics, warehousing or fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Logistics leadership to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying workforce risks, opportunities and practical solutions.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting and forecasting to align headcount with productivity and cost objectives.
• Support organisation design, change initiatives and transformation including expansion or automation.
• Build talent and succession pipelines for critical roles and strengthen career pathways in Logistics.
• Monitor trends and use workforce insights to drive practical actions and improvements.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances and performance management.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour legislation and company policies.
• Maintain a visible HR presence across operational sites and build trusted relationships with frontline staff and leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, including frontline and specialist roles.
• Support Learning & Development to address capability gaps and leadership development.
• Contribute to performance management, succession planning, rewards processes and Emiratisation initiatives.
