Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia, a leading luxury retail group in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Logistics in Dubai to partner with Logistics leadership and drive a progressive people strategy aligned with operational excellence.

The role focuses on translating business priorities into practical people initiatives, using data to identify risks and opportunities, and delivering solutions that improve engagement, retention, productivity and performance across multiple logistics

Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 6–8 years HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
Experience in logistics, warehousing or fast-paced operational environments.
Strong ability to interpret people data and workforce trends.

Responsibilities

Partner with Logistics leadership to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with business priorities and growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce risks, opportunities and solutions.
Lead workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting to align headcount with productivity and cost objectives.
Support organisation design, change initiatives including expansion, automation and transformation.
Build talent and succession pipelines for critical roles within Logistics and strengthen career pathways.
