Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Logistics to be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across our operations. You will translate business needs into practical people initiatives, using data and insights to drive engagement, productivity and growth.

This hands-on role requires 6–8 years of HR experience, including 5 years in management, with a focus on logistics or warehousing and strong stakeholder management. English is essential, Arabic advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Management or related discipline.
• 6 to 8 years' HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or fast-paced operational environments.
• Ability to interpret people data and workforce trends; translate into business solutions.
• Strong HR systems knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• English strong; Arabic an advantage.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with logistics priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across operational sites.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting for headcount.
• Support organisation design, change initiatives including expansion and automation.
• Build talent and succession pipelines across Logistics.
• Monitor people indicators like attrition, absence, productivity.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for high-volume frontline recruitment.
• Work with Learning & Development to close capability gaps.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and compensation processes.
• Ensure HR data governance and reporting.
