Job summary

Alokozay FZE is seeking a Strategic HR Leader to drive group-wide HR strategies, organizational development, and governance across the UAE.

Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will partner with senior leadership, oversee recruitment, performance management, payroll, and HR operations, and build salary bands.

You will ensure compliance with UAE labor law and JAFZA, manage HRIS and reporting, mentor managers, and shape a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration required.
• Experience in strategic HR leadership and FMCG/industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and JAFZA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop group-wide HR strategies aligned with business growth.
• Partner with senior leadership as strategic HR business partner.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI metrics.
• Lead payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
• Ensure HR data integrity, compliance, and reporting across the organisation.
