HR Ways is hiring a Senior Manager for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence to lead analytics strategy. The role oversees a team of analysts, BI developers, and data scientists to deliver dashboards and insights that drive growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to shape data-driven decisions. The position is onsite in Dubai with full-time hours, competitive benefits, and a focus on governance, data quality, and scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.
3+ years in a people management or senior leadership position.
Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the data analytics and BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key metrics and decision-making needs.
Evangelize data-driven culture across the organization.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, BI developers, and data scientists.
Manage prioritization of analytics projects and ensure timely delivery of insights.
Oversee dashboards, reports, and data products development.
Translate data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Perform exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance in all reporting and analytics processes.
Own the strategy and optimization of BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain scalable data pipelines.
