HR Ways is seeking a Senior Manager Data Analytics and Business Intelligence in Dubai, UAE. You will lead analytics, BI strategy, and a team of analysts, BI developers and data scientists to drive data-driven decisions.

Role requires 8+ years in data analytics or BI and 3+ years in leadership, with expertise in SQL, Python/R and BI tools. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics or BI roles.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science/Statistics/Business or related field.
• Masters or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data analytics and BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, BI developers, and data scientists.
• Oversee the development, deployment and maintenance of dashboards and reports.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
