Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, events management, or business development.
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or entertainment is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Strong network within corporate, events, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across venue bookings, events, and partnerships.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee private events, corporate bookings, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with operations, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Manage event timelines, run sheets, and vendor logistics from planning through execution.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event packages tailored to client needs.
