Job summary

The Arab Monetary Fund in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager, Human Capital to lead and optimize all aspects of HC management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital management, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Demonstrated experience in leading HC strategy, workforce planning and organizational development.
• Solid understanding of international HCM practices, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all aspects of Human Capital management.
• Develop and implement workforce plans aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
• Manage performance management framework and development programs.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and assess training ROI.
• Monitor HC indicators and generate regular reports for strategy decisions.
• Define policies for a positive, compliant and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee HC budget planning and resource alignment.
