Job summary

Fanatics Momentum, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Manager of Corporate Strategy & Performance to lead strategic planning, enterprise performance assessment, and growth initiatives across Casino, Sports Betting, and Lottery. You will translate market intelligence into actionable plans, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen KPI frameworks and executive reporting.

Qualifications

4-8 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy or related fields.
Strong problem-solving with ability to manage complex analytic workstreams.
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills for business cases and forecasts.
Solid understanding of P&L mechanics, revenue drivers, and profitability.
Fluent English with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; create concise executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Support corporate strategy and planning cycles with business units and leaders.
Conduct market, regulatory, and industry research to identify trends and risks.
Build business cases, financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
Analyse enterprise performance across revenue, GGR, player economics, and channel/product mix.
Diagnose performance drivers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Data Analytics to reconcile performance data.
Assess corporate development opportunities including new markets and partnerships.
Manage analytical workstreams and produce clear recommendations for executives.
