Fanatics Momentum is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Casino to shape a modern UAE-facing casino proposition. You will own discovery, content, personalization and engagement across a large content portfolio, collaborating with Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM and Casino Operations.

The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with data-driven decision making, thrives in a regulated market, and can move quickly to deliver differentiated experiences across Live Casino, RNG and slots.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across consumer digital products.
• Strong Casino or gaming product experience with large content portfolios, suppliers or personalization.
• Experience owning substantial product domains end to end.
• Strong product craft across customer discovery, experimentation, merchandising, analytics, retention, personalization and consumer UX.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Casino strategy and roadmap within your domain.
• Oversee game discovery and navigation; content merchandising and presentation.
• Manage live dealer and RNG experiences; drive personalized recommendations.
• Lead promotions and engagement; shape VIP product journeys.
• Collaborate with Sportsbook and Lottery to cross-sell and optimize performance.
