Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE is building a Fan Ecosystem that weaves together Sportsbook, Casino, Lottery and digital experiences. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager who can define the strategy, roadmaps and customer journeys that connect fans across products and platforms, shaping a cohesive, engaging fan experience.

You will partner with design, engineering, marketing, data and commercial teams to drive experimentation, measure impact and deliver value in a regulated, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience and a strong track record building consumer digital products.
• Experience in sports, media, gaming, loyalty, marketplaces, entertainment, subscriptions, or fan engagement.
• Experience building from ambiguous starting points.
• Experience owning substantial product areas end to end.
• Experience combining strategy with delivery.
• Experience using customer research and behavioural data.
• Experience building engagement and retention loops.
• Experience working across shared platforms.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience shipping and iterating at pace.
• Strong product craft across strategy, discovery, experimentation, behavioural analytics, growth, consumer UX, prioritisation and commercial thinking.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, hypothesis generation and experimentation.
• Experience building with customer trust, consent, responsible gaming and regulatory boundaries in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own Fan Ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Define priority customer problems and use cases.
• Oversee free-to-play, commerce, sports content and live moments.
• Manage predictions, challenges, missions and rewards.
• Align fan preferences with cross-product discovery.
• Drive discovery, experimentation and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sportsbook, Lottery, Casino and Customer Platform to shape customer flows.
• Ensure success is measured across engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
