Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE is seeking a Senior Director - Customer Platform to own shared customer capabilities across Sportsbook, Lottery and the Fan Ecosystem. You will define platform strategy, build the team and partner with Technology, Compliance, Operations, Data and Product to shape the customer experience and scale regionally and internationally.

The ideal candidate is a builder and systems thinker who can simplify complex customer, technical and regulatory problems while balancing

Qualifications

12+ years of product leadership experience across complex consumer platforms.
Experience setting multi-year strategy and prioritising significant investment across product domains.
Ability to balance customer conversion with trust, risk and regulatory requirements.
Experience building and leading product teams in fast-moving environments.
Experience influencing multiple product lines with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Define the Customer Platform strategy and roadmap.
Lead the UAE Platform product team across functions.
Own identity, registration, account and KYC, wallets and payments.
Oversee CRM, loyalty, personalization and cross-product journeys.
Drive prioritization of shared capabilities across verticals and build/partner decisions.
