BettingJobs is recruiting a Marketing Performance Analyst for a Dubai-based role. You will provide a single independent view of spend across brands and channels and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Reporting to Marketing Director, you will cover acquisition, retention, affiliates, CRM and creator partnerships, partnering with BI to sharpen data-led decisions and shape the function from the ground up.

Qualificações

• Strong marketing analytics background ideally within iGaming.
• Solid SQL and BI dashboarding skills.
• Deep understanding of cohorts attribution, LTV, retention and profitability.
• Ability to explain analytical findings simply and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse marketing performance across brands and channels including acquisition cohorts and D7 D30 retention.
• Measure CPA, CAC, FTDs, NGR, LTV, payback and overall ROI.
• Compare affiliate performance and creator economics.
• Evaluate CRM campaign and promotional profitability.
• Track spend against commercial outcomes and flag underperforming channels.
• Deliver clear reporting to Marketing leadership and senior management.
• Partner with BI while maintaining a sharp commercial focus.
