Job summary

Agile Consultants in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Development Executive for Inspection & Certification to identify new clients, understand their TIC requirements and promote our third‑party inspection and certification services across construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and engineering sectors in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant business development/sales experience within inspection, certification, testing, or the wider TIC industry.
• Strong preference for candidates who have previously sold third-party inspection and certification services.
• Good knowledge of the UAE industrial, construction, and engineering market.
• Understanding of lifting equipment, industrial inspection, QA/QC, or related compliance services would be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to generate new accounts and build relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for third-party inspection, certification, and related compliance services.
• Identify and approach prospective clients across construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, facilities management, marine, and other industrial sectors in the UAE.
• Generate new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
• Understand customers' inspection and certification requirements and recommend appropriate services.
• Promote the company's inspection and certification capabilities to new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers and follow up with clients through to closure.
• Build relationships with HSE, QA/QC, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Facilities, and Project departments.
