Job summary

Platinumlist, a Dubai-based leader in online event guides and ticketing, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales of event technology solutions such as ticketing, registration and access control.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in business development or software sales within the UAE events sector, excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years in business development or sales, preferably software for events.
• Experience in UAE event industry.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events vertical.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for event technology solutions, including ticketing, registration, and access control software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and onboarding of solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
