Job summary

Qataryello, a UAE-headquartered business services group, seeks a seasoned finance leader at Group CFO level to shape the organisation's long-term financial strategy across multiple units.

You will oversee FP&A, treasury, capital allocation, and regulatory compliance, partner with the CEO and Board, and drive finance transformation and data-led decision making while building a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Proven Group CFO experience within a large, diversified organisation.
• Strong expertise across FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, financial control, and capital allocation.
• Demonstrated M&A, investment appraisal, and transaction execution experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working closely with Boards, shareholders, lenders, and executive leadership teams.
• UAE experience is essential, with broader GCC exposure viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Group's long-term financial strategy and growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering activities across the portfolio.
• Advise on capital allocation, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate transactions.
• Oversee treasury, banking relationships, funding strategy, and capital structure.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, data-led decision making, and systems optimisation.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, shareholders, lenders, and external stakeholders.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance leadership team across the Group.
