Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a leading diversified business group in the UAE. The role drives financial strategy, governance, capital management, and performance across multiple entities.

The CFO partners with the Chairman and senior leadership to optimize profitability, strengthen controls, and ensure long-term sustainability, while leading ERP transformation and M&A support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/ACA/CIMA/MBA) preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy and growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance across units and entities.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and working capital optimization.
