Job summary

QatarYello is seeking a senior financial leader to drive the company’s financial management across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. The role requires strong governance, regulatory compliance and robust controls in a capital-intensive, project-based environment.

You will oversee treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and working capital while partnering with operational leaders to improve cost efficiency and strategic investment decisions. Based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with a professional qualification preferred.
• Significant financial management and leadership experience in project-based or capital-intensive industries.
• Strong IFRS, UAE taxation and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with statutory audits and external auditors (Big4/Big10 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity and working capital management.
• Provide commercial and financial insights to support operations and investment decisions.
• Manage statutory audits, tax compliance and financial reporting obligations.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to monitor performance and costs.
• Lead and develop finance team and drive process improvements.
• Support finance transformation and system enhancements.
