Job summary

Foreground Consultancy is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to drive group-wide financial strategy, governance, and reporting across diversified holdings in the UAE. You will oversee budgeting, treasury, tax, and audit, while advising on strategic investments and M&A opportunities.

The role requires multi-entity reporting and strong board communication. A UAE/GCC background and professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CMA) are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant CFO or Group Finance leadership experience within diversified groups or holding structures.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC preferred.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide financial strategy, reporting, and risk management across multiple subsidiaries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and audit functions while supporting the board on strategic and investment decisions.
• Enhance financial controls, improve cash flow discipline, and support M&A or expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with CEOs of operating companies to ensure financial alignment and performance accountability.
