Job summary

CROWN Emirates Company Limited in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement of spare parts, consumables, general supplies, and capital equipment, locally and overseas, ensuring timely availability for uninterrupted plant operations.

You will handle quotation management, supplier negotiation, purchase orders, invoice processing, and freight coordination while maintaining compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls. 2+ years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/procurement software.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all local and overseas purchases of spare parts, tools, consumables, and general supplies.
• Source and procure capital equipment as approved by Head Office.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing.
• Send RFQs and negotiate for best price, delivery lead time, and payment terms.
• Follow documented procurement procedures and maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain liaison with plant stores and department heads for technical requirements.
• Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy of specifications and pricing.
• Process invoice payments after goods receipt.
• Coordinate overseas freight shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle local purchases under AED 1,000.
• Maintain computerized procurement records and documentation.
