QatarYello, a medium-sized industrial manufacturing company, is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasts, and performance analysis. You will build and refine financial models, provide insights to senior leadership, and monitor KPIs to guide strategic decisions.

In this role you will collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure accurate reporting, support timely decision-making, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data effectively.
• Capability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational goals.

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
