Yello, a Dubai-based innovation-led organisation, seeks a strategic FP&A professional to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, partnering with senior leaders to provide commercial insight and decision support.

You will design scalable finance processes, controls and governance, support finance transformation (ERP/workflow), manage external partners, and drive automation to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• UAE National with finance, FP&A, or commercial finance experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.
• Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives.
• Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
