Job summary

QatarYello, based in the UAE, is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead FP&A, business partnering and decision-support across the organisation. You will design scalable financial processes, support ERP initiatives and drive automation to improve efficiency.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, influence strategic decisions and manage relationships with external partners, while navigating a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• UAE national with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.
• Experience in process improvement, change or transformation initiatives.
• Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.
