Al Ghurair is seeking an FP&A Manager in Dubai to lead long-term planning, budgeting and forecasting for the group. You will develop financial models, management reports and KPI frameworks to support senior leadership and strategic investments.

You will oversee a team of finance professionals, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and translate complex data into actionable business insights for informed decision-making.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years total experience with at least 3 in FP&A
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred
• Strong financial modelling capabilities
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop management reports and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams for financial planning.
• Evaluate investments, feasibility studies and scenario analyses.
• Lead FP&A team development and performance reviews.
