Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Commercial Controlling within the FMCG or alcoholic beverages industry.
• Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Finance Partner to the Sales teams, providing financial guidance and decision support.
• Challenge and support commercial initiatives to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
• Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Support customer negotiations by providing profitability analysis and commercial financial evaluations.
• Monitor and analyse Sell-In, Distributor Stock, and Sell-Out performance to ensure healthy inventory levels.
• Identify risks and opportunities through performance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and validate sell-out forecasts using trade investment, market data, and indicators.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Commercial leadership and prepare executive presentations.
• Evaluate pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability and optimize trade investments.
