Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai is seeking a senior finance leader to partner with senior management on strategic financial planning and performance management.

You will handle large data sets, drive forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and provide regular financial insights to executives to guide decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role oversees the finance department, develops financial models, and leads cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial meetings.
• Complete financial accounting and forecasting.
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership.
• Compile financial data, create reports and analyze the financial health of the company.
• Oversee the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers.
• Manage Company Budgets and establish budget guidelines for all departments.
• Forecast company finances and create financial models.
• Identify ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits.
• Enforce policies that ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues.
