BAYARA in Dubai seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead commercial finance activities in the region. The role covers budgeting, P&L analysis, forecasting, and business partnering with Sales & Marketing across Consumer Goods channels.

The candidate must be CIMA/CPA/CA qualified with 5–6 years in blue‑chip food/ manufacturing/ FMCG, plus 2–3 years in Food processing. ERP experience with Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion and strong MS Office skills are essential.

• CIMA/CPA/CA qualification required.
• Experience with ERP/financial IT systems (Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion).
• 5–6 years of experience in blue‑chip food/ manufacturing/ FMCG/ Retail.

• Prepare budgets and monitor performance vs budget.
• Provide financial insight to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Sales for planning and analysis across channels.
• Analyze P&L, promotions and margins vs budget/ forecast.
• Support monthly financial close and reporting.
• Drive process improvements aligned with international best practices.
