Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a Commercial Finance Analyst in Dubai to drive financial analysis, forecasting and strategic insights across business units. You will analyze sales, profitability by product and region, support pricing decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and guide commercial strategy in a multinational environment.

Candidate should have 4–6 years of corporate finance experience, a finance degree and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a reputable university or business school.
• Holder of, or progressing towards, an internationally recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACA/ICAEW, CIMA, CPA, CFA, CA).
• 4–6 years of relevant finance experience in a well-developed corporate finance environment, ideally within a multinational company with advanced reporting and data analytics processes.
• Experience in B2B distribution, FMCG, contracting or retail finance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, revenue trends and KPIs to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
• Perform profitability analysis by product line, customer segment and region to assess performance and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct pricing analysis to support pricing decisions and protect margins.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Support in analyzing historical results, profitability and OPEX variance, identifying trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
