Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a Financial Analyst to deliver commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across Beauty Professionals, FMCG and Wholesale divisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes building dashboards in Power BI and Qlik Sense, leveraging SAP, and presenting clear financial storytelling to support growth and profitability across all business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 5–7 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Strong margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI & Qlik Sense experience.
• FMCG, Trading, Wholesale, Distribution or Beauty industry experience preferred.
• CIMA/CMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, volumes, margins, rebates, returns and profitability.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and variances.
• Develop financial models, scenarios and feasibility assessments.
• Evaluate customer agreements, rebates, marketing spend and commercial initiatives.
• Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, variances and business performance.
• Calculate commissions and review commercial contracts.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense and leverage SAP.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting & IT teams.
