Job summary

Eaton in Dubai is seeking a Strategy Finance Business Partner to oversee the E33 Project financials, deliver strategic planning for EMEA, and partner with VP/GM to align financial and operational goals across functions.

You will build robust financial models, drive planning processes, ensure strong controls, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership, supporting growth and sustainable performance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modelling capability, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, valuation, and investment appraisal.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in business-case development for capital expenditure, strategic initiatives, pricing, and evolving business models.
• Understanding of P&L, balance-sheet, cash-flow, and working-capital drivers.
• Knowledge of regional finance considerations across EMEA, including tax, treasury, statutory, audit, and currency implications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the E33 Project financials and reporting, partnering with Project VP/GM for financial and operational analysis.
• Drive financial process and systems improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency of results.
• Translate strategic priorities into robust financial plans, investment choices, and measurable value-creation targets.
• Lead the regional strategic planning process, aligning long-range targets with profit plans and forecasts.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases for growth initiatives and capital investments.
• Track strategic initiatives and regional performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance support across business units and corporate teams to ensure consistent assumptions and controls.
