Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks a senior finance professional to act as the primary escalation point for the E33 project on tax inquiries and PTP issues, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting across the manufacturing plant.

You will drive month-end activities, reconciliations, and provide strategic financial guidance to stakeholders while maintaining compliance with internal controls and external requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance point of escalation for the E33 project on E-Invoicing tax inquiries, SCM, PTP issues, and other finance matters.
• Ensure robust financial controls including month-end closing, reconciliations, accrual reviews, and supporting analyses.
• Develop and implement SOPs and ensure compliance with Eaton policies and internal controls.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closing activities for the E33 Manufacturing Plant.
• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations for accuracy of financial records.
• Support inventory accounting, product costing, manufacturing accounting, and financial reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and ensure documentation for accounting entries.
• Assist with statutory reporting compliance and external audits.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and accounting advice.
