Job summary

Eaton is seeking a senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive profitable, cash-generative growth across the EMEA Data Center segment through strategic financial leadership and decision support.

You will partner with segment leadership and collaborate with Zones, Divisions and Commercial Finance teams to ensure financial decisions align with business strategy, while guiding pricing, mix, opportunities, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial finance with multinational exposure.
• Experience partnering with sales/commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with segment leadership to influence strategy with forward-looking finance insights.
• Act as financial co-pilot to Segment Directors; align with strategic plans.
• Translate market data into planning inputs; support pricing, mix and investments.
• Foster disciplined risk management, cash, margin and terms transparency.
• Support Strategic and Profit Planning activities and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate across Zones, Divisions, and Commercial Finance teams.
