Job summary
Eaton invites a Strategy Finance Business Partner to Dubai to oversee the E33 project financials, partner with the Project VP/GM, and provide strategic analysis and reporting.
You will translate strategic priorities into robust financial plans, build investment cases, and lead regional planning with forecasts and performance governance.
The role requires a Finance degree with 8+ years of experience, strong SAP knowledge, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills in a multinational setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business and/or CPA/CMA
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Strategy
- Experience in financial modelling capability, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, valuation, and investment appraisal
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis
- SAP knowledge is a must
Responsibilities
- Oversee the E33 Project financials and reporting with Project VP/GM
- Drive financial processes and systems improvements to ensure the integrity of financial results
- Partner with Strategy team to translate priorities into financial plans and investment choices
- Lead regional strategic planning with long-range targets, profit plans, forecasts, and governance
- Develop models, scenario analyses, and business cases for growth initiatives and investments
- Coordinate cross-functional finance support across units with strong controls
