Job summary

Urbas Middle East is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations at its Riyadh office. You will direct budgeting, cash flow management, and project cost controls within real estate development and construction sectors.

The role requires IFRS, VAT, Zakat expertise and strong Excel/ERP skills, plus 8–10 years of progressive finance experience. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8–10 years of finance experience in Real Estate or Construction.
• IFRS, VAT, Zakat and Saudi regulatory expertise.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning processes.
• Manage daily cash flows, treasury operations, project cost accounting, and variance analyses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and Saudi financial laws.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive dashboard reporting.
• Utilize ERP systems and financial models to evaluate project margins and optimize operational performance.
