Job summary

Union Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced Finance Director with a strong construction/contracting background to lead the finance function and drive strategic financial performance.

The role reports to the executive leadership and requires deep expertise in IFRS, UAE regulations, and real estate finance. You will guide governance, capital allocation and stakeholder engagement at the group level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) mandatory.
• Senior-level experience as Finance Director or Group CFO.
• Proven track record in real estate development/investment.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE corporate law and PJSC regulations.
• Strategic financial planning, risk management and capital allocation.
• Strong leadership and communication with board/executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function across the group.
• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligning with business goals.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury management.
• Prepare consolidated IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Manage capital structure, debt financing and cash flow.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning with rigorous analysis.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial matters.
