Description: Urbas Middle East is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to direct financial operations at its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role focuses on financial management, project cost engineering, cash flow optimization, and strategic financial planning within the real estate development and construction sectors. The selected candidate will lead budgeting cycles, maintain project cost controls, manage working capital, ensure compliance with Kingdom tax/accounting standards, and deliver analytical reports to guide senior leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term capital planning processes.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS accounting standards, VAT filing, Zakat assessments, and Saudi financial laws.

Requirements

• Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting designations (SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA) are strongly preferred.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with direct exposure to the Real Estate Development or Construction industries.
• Key Competencies: Project cost control, Saudi Zakat & VAT rules, IFRS framework, advanced Excel financial modeling, ERP systems, and professional English communication.
