Job summary

Khansaheb Group is seeking an experienced finance leader to head the Accounts and Finance function for the Khansaheb Investment division in Dubai. You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and compliance under the guidance of the Reporting Manager.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience, including 3–4 years running accounting and finance functions, preferably in engineering, construction, real estate or hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years post-qualification experience in accounting/finance
• 3–4 years independently running accounting/finance functions
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Lifestyle, Hospitality industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance function for the Khansaheb Investment division
• Coordinate with business heads for budgeting and periodic financial reports
• Ensure timely MIS, financial statements and compliance across units
• Consolidate accounting, reporting and IFRS compliance with ERP system
• Maintain VAT compliance and liaise with VAT consultants
• Oversee year-end accounts and external audits
• Manage direct reports and provide coaching and performance feedback
